Finding healthy snacks for my kids is one of the hardest things. Buying most summer treats means doling out a pile of sugar and high fructose corn syrup, which is sometimes not avoidable. Just blend and freeze.

And now for the not-so-healthy…s’mores. I mean, what is summer without an open fire and s’mores? No, they’re not healthy, but they’re a child’s right of passage and it has to be done.
We tried something new: fudge-striped cookies and roasted marshmallows. The chocolate is already in it and they’re easy peasy.
The overall synopsis was the regular kind are better, but it’s worth a try. I thought they were delish.
