Bahahaha! You're killing me smalls! Poor boy! 🙂 It builds character right? The pizza and mango salsa look delish! Thanks for brightening my morning, I definitely needed it!
I want you to be my very cool and hip little sister that keeps me cool and hip.
And we have had so many buzz cuts like that it's not even funny. Oh the buzz cut horror stories I've lived to tell…. LOL
Hope this week is swell… 🙂
Girl I just adore you. I can actually hear your voice as I read this post. Thanks for the link up. Can't believe that was lunch! And poor kid…at least it's hair and will grow.
And was that an actual love letter from your man? Awesomeness. I need to tell b that. Give him something to think about;). I dreamed that b and I were dating last night and that he was in love with someone else. It was so painful. So glad it was just a dream. Hate those.
Love this idea for a week in review type. So cute:) And seriously that candle line from Target is splendid. My favorite is the lilac one. Oh how heavenly. Happy weekend friend.
I loved everything about this post, especially the pizza and mango salsa
This is such a fun post!
Great faves! And, the fact that you named your sewing machine (RIP Sassy Sheila) just adds to the awesomeness of the post.
Your blog is seriously like a breath of fresh air!
Have a great weekend!
How often do you get your sewing machine serviced?
I'm about to bring mine in, but since I'm still a beginner I have no idea how often this should be done.
What kind of replacements are you looking at?
I love this post.
It made me smile….and made me think of some of my own favorites this week.
What a nice way to end the week!
Laughed so hard I cried. I think I might start a Friday favorite over on my side of the states. Alicia, you need to do another video, I need to hear your 'voice' when I read your funny blogs. I'm just visual/audio like that. Love it! Hair grow fast. And I want to see the back!
there are just too many good things in this post to comment on. i mean, i'd have to write a whole blog post just to hit on them all! (which i obviously won't do considering that would be weird, and i haven't blogged in a month) in an effort to keep this short, i'm going to try and keep my comment to one word. ready?
jack: super cute
sassy girl: disastrous
pillows: beautiful
love notes: jealous
testing: i'd better get to ordering those!
you are just so busy! btw, my mother in law was over and admiring your "be still and know" sign i have. she a real critic–so you must be gooood. 😉
I love that your sewing machine has a name! RIP Sassy girl. Yay for Sophie too! I think Jack's hair looks cute. My husband has done that to his hair many times forgeting to put the guard on until it was too late! It does not look as cute on a grown man 😉
Ps….my girls saw that pic of you the other day with the red lipstick and they were like, "mommy, who is that? She is so fancy!" Love it! Have a great weekend my dear. xo
I need a lunch date with you and Carissa. Can we make that happen? (Just say yes. The details will work themselves out.)
1. RIP sassy Sheila- you've done great work and I have benefited from it.
2. Can't wait to see what you create with your new one.
3. Sophia's name is precious. Love those learning moments.
4. I love doing school outside too.
5. I think Jack's hair looks great- looks just like how I cut Josh's hair. 🙂
6.I wish I could have that yummy lunch with you.
7. Have a WONDERFUL weekend! Loved our 3 minute chat- hope you had a fun night out!!
so much to say here!
but i'll just say that your week looks pretty amazing despite certain rude people and the death of the sewing machine. 🙂
LOVE that pic of you and sophia, and i can totally reenact this haircut scene at my house…for real. we've been there.
i love it when that happens though, the crazy fun laughter from a potentially horrible situation.
and love notes…sigh.
hope your weekend is grand!!!
xo
